FAA reviewing flammability of composites in wake of Heathrow 787 fire

The Federal Aviation Administration is re-evaluating the flammability testing conducted to certify Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner and is “investigating new test methods,” according to an accident report about the intense July 2013 fire aboard a Dreamliner parked at Heathrow airport.
