In 2014 the UK Military Aviation Authority (MAA) Head of Regulation and Certification, Commodore Malcolm Toy presented reflections five years on from the Haddon-Cave Report, issued in October 2009, that resulted in a revolution in UK military aviation regulation and safety, including the formation of the MAA in April 2010.
