Pressure to produce pilots contributed to Moose Jaw airplane crash
Pressure placed on 15 Wing flight instructors from senior Air Force leadership to graduate students, rather than develop the flight instructor’s own flight skills, played “a direct role” in a January 2014 crash that injured two people and completely destroyed a military airplane, a newly released report states.
