"On-Deck Emergency" Temporarily Grounds U.S. Navy Fighters
The U.S. Navy's fleet of strike fighters and electronic attack aircraft were grounded for two days after an incident that injured the two-person aircrew and damaged an airplane. The grounding, which was subsequently lifted, followed an "on-deck emergency" involving an EA-18G Growler.
