PPE sold in the UK would need ‘UK conformity marking’ under no deal Brexit
The latest batch of technical notices from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial strategy (BEIS) outlining scenarios under a no deal Brexit includes rules for trade in personal protective equipment (PPE), one of the types of goods where standards are currently “harmonised” across the EU.
